Thank you for shopping at Stick It Studio Canada! We take pride in our sticker products and want you to love your purchase.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sticker products once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lanaconsoli@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.
